More than a thousand turned up to the Peppa Pig Family Fun Day that raised £5,000 for charity.

Second Chance charity

The summer event, hosted by Highbury College, will divide the proceeds between charities Cystic Fibrosis, Jenson’s Journey and Second Chance Charity.

There were lots of activities and stalls to keep Peppa Pig lovers entertained, including a bouncy castle, tombola and mobile farm.

Peppa Pig also made an appearance in a bespoke car created by the College’s automotive department.

One of the organisers and Director of Highbury Foundations, Teresa Cole, said: “Thank you to everyone that helped us to raise such an incredible amount of money! We’re thrilled that so many turned up and supported us in raising money for such great causes. It was such a lovely day and it looked like everybody really enjoyed themselves.”
