All food is prepared, cooked and served by our students as part of their course and is closely monitored by our highly professional staff.
The Hospitality and Catering Department has received international, national and local recognition for its training courses and the facilities it provides. Many students go on to work within the world’s top hotels and restaurants.
Chimes Restaurant seats 80 people and is operated by students in training. The menus are designed to incorporate the full range of cookery and restaurant techniques studied by students.
Whatever the occasion, whether it be a quiet dinner, a birthday celebration, a small business lunch or corporate event we have superb facilities to ensure its success.
We source ingredients locally and seasonally whenever possible to support Highbury College’s explicit college-wide commitment to sustainability.
Chimes Fine Dining is open all year round and offers an exciting range of themed dinners and events. Private bookings for 40+ can be made with menus to suit all tastes.
