Would you like to learn more about wine whilst enjoying dinner at Chimes, Portsmouth’s best kept secret?

At 6pm, on Thursday 25 May you are invited to join us for an evening with James Hocking, Director of Wine at The Vineyard Cellars and judge for Decanter and Square Meal Imbibe Magazines.

The Vineyard Cellars is Europe’s only exclusively-Californian wine merchant and sell wines to a select group of hotels, restaurants, other merchants, and direct to consumers including Harrods, Majestic, China Tang at The Dorchester, Clos Maggiore plus a host of others.

James has worked with the talented young chefs at Chimes to produce this delectable menu and during the evening, will be introducing the wines before each course. James will also be giving some top tips on how to find the perfect wine to accompany any dish.
