From a class of seven, four are now studying at Winchester University – and three of them have been offered scholarships!
Eli Lasenby, Samuel Ozouf and Kristina Woodthorpe were all delighted to receive letters from the university congratulating them on their success, which means that they each receive £500 as well as the chance to work alongside some very influential people.
“I got a double distinction, star distinction in my Performing Arts Level 3 Extended Diploma and the other two got similar grades,” said Eli, when he popped in to Highbury Campus to say hello.
He’s now doing a combined degree in Drama and Childhood Youth & Community Studies, and aims to go into teaching.
Eli said taking the Performing Arts course at Highbury was the best choice he ever made. “The teaching staff here are incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed it,” he added.
