Flying Start Logo

The Construction industry is thriving – there will always be a need for skilled workers and now more than ever, qualified plasterers are in short supply. Not only are there lots of opportunities for employment on big construction sites, you can also get a great deal of domestic work in houses so now is the time to take your first steps into this industry.

We offer Level 1 and 2 courses as well as apprenticeship pathways. They are hands on courses that will give you all the skills and knowledge that you need to succeed in this area.

Training will take place at Highbury College’s Northarbour campus, where you will have access to classrooms and a workshop with all the latest tools and materials as we seek to stay ahead of the trends. The campus has pool tables, computer suites and a cafe. You will also have access to our site in Cosham where you can visit an extensive library, study centre, café and gym, you might also want to drop in to our very own Eden Hairdressing & Beauty salon.
