Recently, our students have won Gold, Silver and Bronze medals at the UK’s largest culinary competition – Wessex Salon Culinary along with Best in Show at the final. Our chefs have gone on to work in Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, including Australia, New Zealand, New York and LA.
We run Level 1, 2 and 3 courses giving you the opportunity to progress at Highbury and further develop your skills to ensure you gain the knowledge and skills required for a career in this industry.
You will have the chance to gain valuable work experience, enter national competitions and take part in exciting industry trips. We also have strong links with the Royal Navy and can offer graduate students a guaranteed interview with Compass National Food service, and help you set up your own business.
