Environmental training courses at Highbury

The environmental technologies sector is growing fast. The College has developed Highbury Planet to research, implement and promote the use of sustainable, low-carbon technologies and skills.

Highbury has been selected by the National Skills Academy for Environmental Technologies to deliver quality training for new and existing low-carbon technologies within the building services engineering industry. All our training is available for individuals or groups at competitive rates.

Our courses provide accreditation in four major green technologies:

An additional Renewable Energy Awareness unit must be completed to gain full accreditation in any one of the technologies.

Working together

Highbury College is the lead provider in a hub which also includes Amersham & Wycombe College, the Isle of Wight College, Ariston and Wilo. Ariston Thermo Group is a leading international company in heating and water heating since the 1960’s and provides an impressive variety of products including Band A rated high efficiency condensing gas boilers, water heaters, a solar thermal water heating solution and the largest range of unvented cylinders in the UK.
