
Highbury’s Foundation Degrees in Hospitality Management and Travel and Tourism Management are validated by the University of Surrey and have been designed to develop a broad range of work skills for a successful career in these competitive industries. Courses can be studied full- or part-time and include a valuable 22-week work placement, either in this country or abroad.

Highbury College is renowned for the high standard of its Hospitality and Catering training. The College’s provision in this area was judged to be outstanding in the College’s most recent Ofsted report. Many hospitality students from Highbury enter and win local, regional and national competitions and go on to gain top jobs in hotels, restaurants and other establishments around the world.

Both courses run from the Highbury City of Portsmouth Centre (HCPC) in the heart of Portsmouth. Facilities include eight industry-standard training kitchens including international and pastry kitchens, e-enabled kitchens and three student-run commercial eateries, as well as WiFi enabled classrooms, state-of-the-art teaching rooms, conferencing facilities and a mock aircraft cabin room.
