Highbury College is a Cisco Networking Academy, a Microsoft Regional IT Academy and a CompTIA Associated Institution. Academy status means that students have access to the latest Microsoft and Cisco Academic curriculum materials within our computing programmes and benefit from highly successful commercial training in an academic environment.

Students are able to work towards additional qualifications alongside their Foundation Degree including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification and elements of the Microsoft Certified Professional programme.

The latest Microsoft operating systems are used for study, and students are given their own fully licensed software for use at home.

Highbury’s Computing team are highly qualified and have a wealth of experience in a wide range of specialist fields including computer networking, software engineering, web design, multimedia and systems support.

The College’s provision for Information and Communications Technology was judged to be ‘outstanding’ in the most recent Ofsted report.
